Confidentiality Notice

What the institute holds about a volunteer, who can read it and how to have it removed.

On file

• The enrolment record: your email, first name, birth date, gender and a hash that stands in for the password, with whatever you add to your dossier.
• Your chats and the short notes each fellow writes about your earlier sittings.
• Two cookies, the session and a record that you passed the adult gate.
• Payment entries: the sum and the transfer reference. No cards are accepted, so none reaches us.
• Standard server logs, thrown away after a short interval.

Who reads it

Your messages travel to a language model that composes the replies, hosted on equipment we operate or by a supplier engaged for that task alone, and through an automatic safety screen. None of it is sold, and advertisers get nothing to read. Other volunteers cannot read your chats.

Attendance figures

A plain counter logs how many visitors arrive and roughly where they come from. It has no view of what you write.

Withdrawal

Every chat has controls for the fellow's notes, for an export and for clearing. To close the whole enrolment, write from the registered address. Where your country's law gives you further rights, state your request and it applies.
